Thomas Passalacqua is an experienced educator, sales leader, and certified executive coach with a mission to empower ambitious professionals to uncover solutions that maximize their potential and achieve their greatest results. His journey began in education, where he earned a Master's of Science in Education from Hofstra University and taught throughout New York City, building school-wide programs and founding new start-up schools. He then transitioned into direct sales for a leading healthcare manufacturing company, earning President's Club status multiple times. His next chapter led him to a Director of Business Development role in mergers & acquisitions within a multi-million-dollar healthcare management company. Today, Thomas channels all of this experience into executive coaching and leadership development through Ascend Professional Pathways, partnering with business owners, executives, dental practice owners, and career professionals to gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and drive meaningful results.
