Wendy Aldhamen has been a hiring manager since 2014 and is the CEO of Career Elevation, a dental recruiting and consulting firm specializing in recruitment, retention, and continuing education. Her journey in dentistry started in 2010 as a dental assistant, and she grew through the ranks from assistant to receptionist to office manager — gaining deep insight into what makes dental practices thrive and how much the right people matter. She witnessed firsthand the difference between a toxic office culture and one with strong leadership, healthy communication, and a team that genuinely enjoys showing up. That experience inspired her to found Career Elevation in 2014 to fill a real gap in the dental industry: helping practices find team members who align with their values, and helping talented dental professionals find workplaces where they can truly flourish. Wendy is also a speaker, children's book author, AADOM affiliate, and ASCA (Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine) recognized speaker. She is affiliated with Toastmasters, Uptime Health, and dew.life, and trusted by hundreds of dental offices and dental companies nationwide.
