Teresa Duncan, MS is the founder of Odyssey Management, Inc. and one of dentistry's most recognized authorities on dental insurance, accounts receivable, and practice management. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare — spanning roles as a dental assistant, receptionist, and practice manager — Teresa brings real-world insight to every engagement.
She is the author of 'Moving Your Patients to Yes: Easy Insurance Conversations' and a regular contributing author to the ADA's CDT Companion Guide™. Teresa is the host of the 'Nobody Told Me That!' podcast and co-host of 'Chew On This!' — two widely followed dental podcasts providing coding and management updates.
Teresa is a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM), has been named one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry by Dental Products Report, and is recognized annually as a Leader in Consulting by Dentistry Today. She received her Master's Degree in Healthcare Management from Marymount University.
