I discover what really matters to you personally and professionally and see if it matches where you are focusing your energy. If not, we re-align your overall intentions and declare your purpose. We either stay focused on you personally or we work on both you and your business. Based on where you want to start or where you want to go:

I meet with and coach your leadership team, partners, associates and key team members to bring cohesion and clarity.

I review your financials and current protocols to see if the business is operating in line with your needs and goals for the business AND your personal life—and provide coaching and consulting on how to bring all of these into alignment.

I help you determine if your team is designed and empowered for their goals and the business’ goals.

I ensure your business goals match what you say you want. If not, we design new goals and make adjustments where needed based on a timeline that makes sense. I offer options for in-person visits to gain a deeper understanding and assessment of your needs vs reality.
