LG Fit Body + Mind provides customized speaking, consulting and experiential education designed specifically for dental professionals, practice owners and teams. Founded by Jade Gonzales, a dental industry education and business development leader with more than 20 years of experience, LG Fit Body + Mind brings together professional development, leadership, sustainable performance and evidence-informed wellness practices in a way that feels practical, human and relevant to the realities of dentistry.

Jade is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator, and LG Fit Body + Mind is an AGD PACE-approved continuing education provider.

Engagements are customized and may be structured as an all-inclusive consulting, speaking and education fee based on program scope, audience size, travel and CE requirements.
