Lynne Leggett

Lynne Leggett, BS, FAADOM, is the Founder & CEO of Victory Dental Management LLC and has over 25 years of business experience in dentistry, medical, pharmacy, sales, transportation, logistics, and project management. She draws on this diverse experience to create a unique plan for each client and help dental practices achieve the results they desire. Lynne brings a fresh approach to coaching, shaped by her passion for coaching basketball. As a seasoned coach of teams from middle school through AAU, she has learned that having employees does not automatically create a team. Building a true team is at the heart of how she works with dental practices. She teaches dentists and managers how to actually coach their teams, creating stronger communication, trust, accountability, and teamwork. Lynne believes that before a practice can improve its processes or systems, there must first be a team working together. Sometimes dentists know the results they want but are unsure how to get there. Lynne helps them understand what is needed and creates a practical path to accomplish their goals. Her passion is helping dental practices reach their full potential, increase productivity and profitability, and deliver exceptional patient care and customer experiences. She especially enjoys helping dentists and their teams find ways to strengthen the business side of the practice while developing the people who make the practice successful. Lynne is a coach, speaker, and author. She frequently contributes to dental publications, educational programs, and state association newsletters. She has created online CE courses, webinars, and published her first book, You Can’t Coach Quit, in 2019. She also publishes her newsletter, Coach’s Corner.
Lynne received her BS in Business Administration from Mary Washington College with a concentration in Management, Marketing, and Pre-Law.
