1. Role of Platform
Dentisphere acts as a facilitator between event organizers and speakers.
We are not:
- A party to contracts
- Responsible for speaker performance
2. Booking Process
Typical process:
- Organizer submits booking request
- Speaker accepts/declines
- Agreement is finalized
- Payment is processed
- Event occurs
3. Payments
Payments may be processed via Stripe or similar providers.
Platform may:
- Collect deposits
- Hold funds temporarily
- Deduct service fees
4. Cancellations
Cancellation terms may include:
- Refund windows
- Partial refunds
- Non-refundable deposits

5. Speaker Responsibilities
Speakers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Deliver agreed services
- Maintain professionalism
6. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers agree to:

Dentisphere may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for outcomes.
8. Liability
Dentisphere is not responsible for:
- Event cancellations
- Speaker no-shows
- Travel issues
- Performance outcomes
