Karen Daw, MBA, CECM, CDIPC, is a nationally recognized speaker and acclaimed author in dental safety. As an OSHA-authorized trainer, she provides expert consulting services to dental practices, corporations, and healthcare systems across the nation. With a BA from The Ohio State University and an MBA specializing in Healthcare Administration, Karen transitioned from the Emergency Department to Health and Safety Director at OSU College of Dentistry. Her pioneering work earned her the prestigious CDIPC credential, and she is an active leader in the Association for Dental Safety, co-chairing their Annual Conference and Infection Control Boot Camp. Known as 'The OSHA Lady,' she makes compliance training entertaining and actionable.
