Thomas Passalacqua

Thomas Passalacqua is an ICF certified Executive Coach who specializes in customized professional & business leadership development. With a master’s degree in education, Thomas started his career as a teacher throughout New York City. Having the opportunity to be a founding staff member for multiple new start-up schools, Thomas established programs from the ground up and created the cultural fabric of multiple educational environments. After several years, he then transitioned into dental manufacturing sales, where he was an award-winning consultant and top performer. Thomas trained and mentored other sales professionals, designed sales training programs, and hosted multiple presentations on sales strategy and leadership. Transitioning again a few years later, Thomas was the director of business development for a growing DSO in the Northeast within mergers & acquisitions. During this time of building trusting and lasting relationships and managing multiple sales and marketing programs, Thomas successfully contributed to building a 100+ location, multi-million-dollar management company. Currently, Thomas specializes in empowering dental professionals to operate at their best capacity in his executive coaching and professional training platform, Ascend Professional Pathways LLC. Through his powerful, customized leadership programs, Thomas enables dental professionals to gain clarity and improve their business leadership skills.
