For the past 12 years, she has been a driving force at DentiMax Software, helping shape the platform with a clear vision and practical innovation focused on improving real-world dental workflows. Known for connecting strategy with execution, Alicia understands both the clinical and operational sides of practice success. In addition to her work in software innovation, she is an entrepreneur and owner/operator of a dental billing company and other ventures, giving her a hands-on perspective into the evolving needs of modern dental practices.
