Liz Lord

Liz Lord is the Founder and CEO of the Professional Transformation Institute (PTI), a business strategist, leadership and communication coach, speaker, and architect of The Blueprint Method™.

With nearly four decades in dentistry—including more than two decades coaching dentists and their teams—Liz brings an unusual combination of clinical understanding, business strategy, leadership development, and human transformation to the stage. She has worked inside practices at virtually every stage, from start-up and growth to multi-location expansion, leadership transition, and exit planning. Her work helps dentists move beyond simply running successful practices to intentionally designing businesses and careers that support the lives they want to live.

Liz believes that sustainable business transformation begins with people. Systems matter, but people execute systems—and leadership, communication, shared vision, and accountability determine whether those systems succeed. She helps dentists understand not only what needs to change in their businesses, but how they must lead, communicate, and think differently to create lasting results.
