1. Vendor Eligibility

You must:

Provide legitimate business services
Submit accurate and truthful information
Maintain updated listings

2. Vendor Listings

You agree that:

Listings may be publicly displayed
Dentisphere may edit formatting for consistency
Listings may be removed at our discretion

3. Lead Generation

You may receive leads through the Platform.

You agree:

To respond professionally
Not to misuse user data
Not to spam or harass users

We do not guarantee lead volume or conversion.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

If applicable:

Vendors may pay for listings, promotions, or leads
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

5. Prohibited Conduct

Vendors may not:

Misrepresent services or pricing
Submit fake reviews
Engage in deceptive marketing
Violate laws or regulations

6. Reviews & Reputation

Dentisphere may display user reviews.

We reserve the right to:

Remove fraudulent or abusive reviews
Moderate content

7. Data Use

Vendor data may be used for:

Listings
Search indexing
Analytics
Platform improvement

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove vendor accounts at any time.
